IL occurs when the price ratio of deposited tokens changes compared to simply holding those tokens. While strategies like choosing stablecoin pairs minimize IL, they also reduce potential rewards. This article explores how to actively hedge IL using perpetual futures contracts, specifically focusing on high-leverage strategies.
